Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email our customer service department at Info@Softlifethroughchrist.com for our return address. Customer is responsible to pay shipping return cost.

With defective items, we expect customers to notice and provide evidence. Evidence must be included: Photo or video sent to our customer support via Info@Softlifethroughchrist.com for further assistance & a return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted then your refund will be processed, and automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days(usually 3-5 days depending on customers bank).

Items marked as Final Sale or on sale at 50% off or over are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Under certain circumstances, your order is undelivered and sent Back/Returned to the sender for the following reasons:

• - Cannot contact recipient
• - Incorrect recipient information
• - Unpaid Import Duties & Customs
• - Refused Delivery
